A surprise at the last minute

The clean sheets and friendly staff made us feel welcome during a tough time. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, which saved our night.

Unfortunately, the check-in process was frustrating with a sleepy attendant, and one washcloth was hardly usable. The little details matter when you're exhausted.

A chaotic stay started with an unfortunate A/C issue. Thankfully, the front desk was responsive and moved us to a room with great cooling. The cleanliness and comfort of the bed helped salvage our night. Just hope future guests don't have to uncover similar surprises.

It was just a prime choice for a break on a long journey in Beaumont with definitely value for money. The front desk was helpful in saying they would give the room a call when I complained about noise from above. For a peaceful night, ask for a top floor room.

Had an amazing time with friends, exploring the Julie Rogers Theatre and McFaddin-Ward House. The place was clean, with comfy beds and excellent service, making it perfect for our group trip. Don't forget to check the amenities. Great spot!

We had a great stay! The air conditioning was incredible, definitely a highlight after switching rooms. The shower was modern and spacious, adding a nice touch. The only downside was some noise from other guests, but overall, I’d stay here again!

The culinary scene nearby is lit! Sartin's West Seafood had some of the freshest shrimp I've ever tasted, and Lupe Tortilla served up killer fajitas that left me craving more. Also, the staff were genuinely friendly, making me feel right at home. It’s a solid spot for food lovers!

Upon arriving, the vibe felt sketchy with folks chilling in the parking lot and the unmistakable scent of weed lingered in the halls. My room? Let’s just say it wasn't fit for a horror flick—bugs and peeling paint galore. Definitely a no-go for my next trip.

Had an amazing experience with the pet-friendly policy. Employees treated me with respect, no pressure to leave after checkout time, they actually made it easy for me to extend my stay.

It wasn’t cheap at $75 per night but it was acceptable.
